12 Months of Step-by-Step Training

You'll receive 50 weekly lessons over a total of 12 months. I'm a teacher first and foremost, and I pride myself on giving my students the most systematic training possible.

Learn Classical Sets 

Classical sets are how qigong masters passed down their wisdom. In this program you'll learn some amazing sets (see below). These sets are your link to the skills of the past masters.

On-Demand Instructional Videos

The 2-Minute Method

You'll start your 201 journey with a foolproof way to keep up your qigong practice no matter what. Establishing a daily qigong habit despite life's ups and downs is an important key to mastery. We can do that starting with just 2 minutes a day!

The 8 Brocades Qigong Set

The first set you'll learn in the 201 course is one of the most famous qigong sets in the world: The 8 Brocades (Ba Duan Jin).

The 12 Qigong Treasures

This wonderful qigong set comes from the Taoist tradition. These exercises are characteristically softer and more circular than the 18 Luohan Hands.

Sinew Metamorphosis (Yi Jin Jing)

Discover 12 more exercises taught by Bodhidharma. This set is the sister of the 18 Luohan Hands, but it is different because of its use of subtle, internal contractions. These exercises are wonderful for building internal strength and improving core strength!

The 18 Luohan Gong (18 Arhats)

The 18 Luohan Gong (or 18 Arhats) can be considered the grandchild of the 18 Luohan Hands. The exercises are more athletic and more dynamic, and they are terrific for cultivating strength, flexibility, and internal power.
